Braciole, or involtini just like my grandma used to make!
This is a recipe typical of Messina, which is located near the Northeast corner of Sicily. And that is where my mom and dad are from!
Ingredients:
- Breadcrumbs 8oz (200gr)
- Parmesan cheese 2 spoons
- Pine-nuts ( a spoon, finely minced, not mandatory)
- Meat, a very lean cutlet of beef tenderized by a meat pounder 3/4 slices
- Cheese (mozzarella, or cheddar) diced
- Parsley
- Sal
- Olive oil
